“Sin duda, un hotel que merece ser visitado. Destaca por su excelente ubicación, rodeado de servicios, y por unas instalaciones modernas. Las habitaciones son cómodas, están perfectamente equipadas y destacan por su limpieza. Sin embargo, lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el equipo humano. Queremos agradecer especialmente an Ana Sofía por su impecable gestión antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia. Con un solo mensaje fue capaz de coordinarlo todo y hacer que cada detalle fluyera con total facilidad, facilitándonos enormemente la organización. Asimismo, nos gustaría reconocer al equipo de recepción. Aunque no dispongamos de todos los nombres, su trato fue excepcional en todo momento. “We had a wonderful experience at Innside by Melià Lima Miraflores, where we spent 11 great nights. All of the team were welcoming, particularly Sofia who couldn't do more to make us feel genuinely welcome, both before and during our stay (we missed a flight) with lovely touches throughout, and Cinthia who taught us how to make the Peruvian drink Pisco Sour. The hotel also has an award winning Pisco maker! The facilities are excellent with a pool, bar and gym on the top floor and 24 hour room service. The breakfast is great, in addition to the usual continental items, there are eggs as you want to order, and rotating Peruvian dishes such as tamales (green, criollos, andean), camote frito, pollo and lomo saltado, pan con pescado, arroz chaufa, albóndigas, and lots of fresh Peruvian fruits like papaya, watermelon, pineapple, melon, tuna (cactus, not the fish). We definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again next time we're in Lima. Thank you to all the staff again to make our visit so special!”See more reviews
