“This is Smitha, My stay at INNSiDE Luxembourg from March 1st, 2026 to May 16th, 2026 was truly wonderful and memorable. What started as a hotel stay slowly became a place that felt like home. I would like to sincerely thank the amazing staff members MICHELA, AISSA, BRENDA, MARCOS, AURELIE, GREG, and YOVENE for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality throughout my stay. The reception staff were always welcoming and extremely helpful, the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job every day in keeping everything comfortable and spotless. The hotel location is also excellent — very close to office areas, with easy tram access, making daily travel very convenient. The restaurant food and overall atmosphere were also very good and enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my long stay so comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant. I truly appreciate all the care and support you provided during these months. Staying here genuinely made me feel comfortable and at home. I will always remember this experience fondly. “I stayed just one night for business. Receptionist were nice, fast and effective, and the two I interacted with both speak spanish. Room luminous, clean.
