“Ok it’s not a bad resort for any stretch of the margin but for the money that you pay and hype it has created, little more could be said about if it’s worth it. Service 3 starts purely for how restaurants are managed, but people working here are very lovely! All Inclusive Package and Restaurants: Drinks: super worth it, great cocktails and selection of spirits! Breakfast: Not worth it! same repetitive breakfast every single day! If you’re staying for several nights, be prepared to eat the same thing (swapping mushroom soup with vegetables soup isn’t a change tbh) Lunch: 50/50 I think!! again if you opt for buffet it’s the same everyday but also quite similar to breakfast so there goes nothing! You do have a couple more lunch options - food is delicious in other restaurants than Malwa. Dinner: could improve the management of bookings and guest capacity. You have to book for dinner which I get, you don’t actually end up getting booking even if you try to book them the same morning! Food itself taste wise is great, delicious fresh and near perfect! It’s just getting the food to your table that requires some effort. good luck if you get a booking on the regular dinner time. We were offered spots 9pm dinner every day which with a child is pretty late. They say they’re booked until 9pm, when you argue they give you the earlier slot, you turn up at the restaurant expecting it busy, it’s half empty! All that argument over nothing. (Happened 3 times, not one!) One night Samira Restaurant- out of a lot of food! Who runs out of food with half empty restaurants! Couldn’t eat the meal we wanted. If you have dietary requirements, be prepared for very few options. Main Issue: One of the nights we stayed they had a big event on, completely closed the restaurants for dinner - we left with no choice (ok one restaurant was open for booking at 9.30 - thanks) and if I wanted room service, I’d not have paid for all inclusive package. There was no advance notice of this either - just rock up and they close the restaurants whenever they choose, the same night of event loudest music ever until midnight or later, I get the big party with fancy guests but people with kids and family came to stay, couldn’t sleep! So can’t eat lunch or dinner at nicer restaurants and can’t sleep - I feel like I should get my money back for that day. Yes this doesn’t happen often I would hope - but we sure lost a day without any advance notice!they should’ve had courtesy to inform the guests about the event - nope, you just put up with it! Rooms: clean, fresh and nice. Smaller for three people in standard wing, if you put a small sofa bed for a child. Like if you order room service, there’s no space for chairs so prepare to sit on the floor to eat I suppose. Also Bathrooms quite small and congested but clean and updated none the less. Property grounds: beautiful, can’t fault it. Beautiful pond, fish, ducks and even a peacock! Well maintained and cleaned super beautiful. Good splashzone for kids, go rest big sized pools. Location: Ace - right by the beach, good sized pools and beach lounges and sunbeds! Kids club: the best thing about it is the lovely staff! All the people so kind, looks after kids so well. Marshmallow by the beach was a big hit! The best thing about the kids club is the people who are so lovely with kids.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paradisus by Meliá Bali - it honestly felt like a second home, which doesn’t usually happen for me while travelling. The staff are amazing and really go out of their way to make sure that you’re comfortable and taken care of the whole time. There’s also a great range of activities throughout the day for all ages and you’ll never be bored. A big shoutout to Ryan, Soma, Angga, Tude, Dayu Sri, April, and Rini for making my trip extra special! With the resort located in a quieter and more peaceful area, it’s perfect for a weekend getaway to reset and recharge. Would definitely recommend 😌”See more reviews

“Despues de 5 dias en el paradisus By Melia Bali por nuestra luna de miel hemos de decir que el hotel es una pasada tanto las intalaciones como el personal ( siempre con una sonrisa en la cara ) . Nosotros estuvimos en la habitacion basica, bastante decente un pelin pequeña pero hace su funcion. Los restaurantes del hotel espectaculares mencion especial para el restaurante La Peseta y su chef Pablo que con su comida nos transporto de nuevo a España 😊 . La piscina del hotel es perfecta, no tiene escalones para entrar y salir exceptuando si coges cama balinesa, la temperatura del agua no esta nada fría con lo que no te cuesta entrar y te dan 2 tarjetas ( towel card ) para que las intercambies por toallas así no tienes que llevar las tuyas, cuando terminas las devuelves y te vuelven a dar las tarjetas. La playa del hotel es una playa normal no esperéis nada paradisiaco y hay que tener en cuenta las mareas porque te puedes encontrar la playa sin agua o todo lo contrario pero eso se puede mirar en internet y te dice las horas de marea alta y baja. Por ultimo y mas importante queremos agradecer a todo el personal, podríamos poner mas de 10 nombres pero nos queremos centrar en 2 que son Monica y Sumartha los cuales nos ayudaron en todo desde el primer momento hasta el ultimo día y con su esfuerzo y trabajo hacen que el hotel suba el nivel.
