“Un très bon hôtel, cependant les piscines non chauffées en avril c’est NON, il fait à peine 17 degrés mi-avril et quand la piscine n’est pas chauffée cela nous empêche d’en profiter, d’autant plus que l hôtel est sur la côté alors le vent souffle énormément. Nous payons très cher et une partie de ce prix est faite pour profiter de la piscine mais elle est malheureusement beaucoup trop froide. Sinon le personnel est très très agréable et vraiment gentil et font des efforts de français. De plus, les portes des chambres sont très difficiles à ouvrir et les chambres sont très mal isolées: on entend les gens à côté parler. Hôtel agréable tout de même, grâce au personnel. Les repas sont redondants, attendez vous à manger la même chose toute la semaine. Hormis ces petits soucis l hôtel est très bien et tout le matériel pour jouer par exemple au golf est prêté. Personnel vraiment très sympathique. Je pense qu’il vaut mieux venir en été et ça sera quasi parfait.”See more reviews

“En séjour dans cet hôtel actuellement dès lundi 13/04 on nous apprend que le spa est en panne mercredi 15/04 toujours en panne jeudi 16/04 une promotion des soins et massages est faite près de l entrée du restaurant la j apprends qu en réservant un massage j aurais accès 20 minutes au spa gratuitement. Conclusion j ai le sentiment de mettre fait bernée. La satisfaction client n y est pas. Or vendredi 17/04, j ai été reçue par Fany à sa propre initiative à ce sujet. Elle m informe que le spa est indépendant de l hôtel (prestataire extérieur) et qu effectivement ils ont rencontré des problèmes techniques. Pour pallier à ce souci elle m offrira un massage de 40 minutes et un accès au spa pour 4 membres de ma famille. Je remercie vivement Fany pour sa démarche. Je me suis sentie considérée et écoutée et j ai pris conscience que chaque client compte pour l équipe de l hôtel. Merci encore à Fany pour sa réactivité et à l ensemble du personnel pour leur sourire.”
