“From the very first moment, this place feels like a hidden piece of paradise. A true five-star experience in every possible way — elegance, atmosphere, service and unforgettable flavors all perfectly combined. The restaurant is simply exceptional. Every dish is prepared with passion, creativity and the highest quality ingredients. Fine dining with soul. The presentation, the aromas and the taste were beyond anything we expected. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, with warmth, professionalism and attention to every little detail. You do not feel like a guest here — you feel special. The setting is magical, luxurious yet relaxing, with an atmosphere that turns every dinner into a beautiful memory. One of those rare places you never forget and immediately want to return to. “We spent 9 nights at INNSiDE Elounda this May as a couple, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable stays in Greece. Our Loft Seaview room (413) was spotless and beautifully laid out, with a sofa inside angled toward the sea and a wide balcony opening up to the same view. Because the hotel sits slightly elevated above the coast, the panorama stretches across the whole bay of Elounda, and the elevation actually gives you a more striking perspective than being right at the waterline. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot of the entire trip. The pool area is equally impressive. The loungers are genuinely comfortable for hours at a time, the music sets a great vibe throughout the day, and you get that same sweeping bay view from your sunbed. We had dinner several evenings at the à la carte restaurant and worked our way through the menu. The beef tartare, the tenderloin, and the calamari were standouts, and we tried plenty of other dishes across our stay that were just as good. Every evening started with a different amuse-bouche which kept things interesting throughout the week. It feels like an elevated take on Greek and international cuisine without losing any of the warmth. Something that genuinely surprised us was the live music. Around four evenings a week there was a performance, and each one had its own style, none of it the standard hotel-act type of thing. It gave those nights a real character of their own. The team deserves a particular mention. Everyone is warm, approachable, and genuinely easy to talk to, which is a quality that often gets lost at 5 star properties where the service can feel a bit formal or distant. Here it strikes a rare balance. The polish and attentiveness you expect at this level are absolutely there, but so is the kind of casual, human conversation that makes you feel like a guest rather than a customer. Whether it was at breakfast, the pool, or the restaurant, every interaction felt personal, and after nine nights it really started to feel like we knew the team. Parking is straightforward on the private hotel lot, which made it easy to head out with our rental car and explore the area. Elounda itself is a charming little town and there are plenty of beautiful spots nearby worth a drive. The view and the team are what make this hotel a must visit for us. We will definitely be back.”See more reviews

“We had an amazing stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Crete Elounda. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and perfectly located with breathtaking views over Elounda Bay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities and stylish decoration. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast on the terrace with the sea view was one of the highlights of our stay, and the food overall was fresh and delicious. The infinity pool area was relaxing and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere for a true holiday escape. Everything about this hotel felt high quality and thoughtfully organized. We truly enjoyed the calm environment, the excellent service, and the beautiful surroundings.
