“Hôtel incroyable de part son emplacement et sa vue mer qui vient d ouvrir depuis 10 jours. Piscine magnifique , salle de sport bar (11€ le verre de vin)… tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour de détente et de farniente. On a senti que l équipe se rodait et qu il n était pas tout à fait prêt. Mention spéciale au jeune homme derrière les fourneaux toujours souriant et bienveillant vis à vis des clients . Malgré tout au restaurant , il est a regretté un manque d accueil chaleureux et de sourire de la jeune équipe bienveillante dirigée par un manager peu souriant . Le directeur ne l est pas plus ceci dit . C est regrettable quand on passe 7 jours dans un établissement. Alors qu à la réception c était parfait. Nous devions être à 30% de taux de remplissage alors qu est-ce que ça va être quand l hôtel va être complet . Quant à la nourriture, le buffet est fait à l économie ( jus d orange frais mis au compte goutte, beaucoup de salades basique , charcuterie et fromage très bas de gamme sans aucune spécialité de Crète. C est regrettable !! Nous avons été réveillés 4 matins de suite à 8 heures par des bruits de perceuses et visseuses quand ce n est pas la dame de ménage qui voulait faire la chambre à 8 h 30 . Nous l avons signalé à notre départ à la réception mais je ne suis pas sûre que ça ait été pris en compte. Dommage . D autant que nous voulions quitter la chambre à 14 heures au lieu de 11heures et on nous a demandé 50€( un peu cher pour 3h) Ce ne sont que des points à améliorer sur un ensemble de séjour idyllique tout de même et dans l ensemble à recommander .”See more reviews

“It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is situated on a hill, with a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. The view is incredibly relaxing. The staff are extremely friendly and dedicated. Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen und bestens betreut. Das Team hat sich mit einer unglaublichen Herzlichkeit und Professionalität um uns gekümmert und jeden Wunsch vorweggenommen. Unser Zimmer war ein Traum: stilvoll, modern und makellos sauber – jedes Detail war durchdacht und lud zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die gesamte Hotelanlage strahlt eine entspannte Eleganz aus und ist wunderschön gepflegt. Ebenso beeindruckt hat uns das Frühstück: frisch, abwechslungsreich und von herausragender Qualität – ein idealer Start in den Tag! Das Personal verdient ein besonderes Lob: Jeder Mitarbeiter hat mit einer warmherzigen und aufmerksamen Art unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.
