“Très bon hôtel, idéal pour un séjour à proximité de l’aéroport CDG. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée. Le lit Queen size est confortable, parfait pour bien se reposer avant un vol. Bouilloire avec thé et café, très appréciable pour ceux qui ont un vol tôt le matin. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement 10 minutes de l’aéroport grâce au CDGVal (navette gratuite). Il y a une petite “mini supérette” dans l’hôtel, pratique pour les besoins urgents. Le personnel est dynamique et très compétent. Et si vous avez une chambre côté piste de décollage, vous pouvez admirer les avions ! En résumé, une excellente option à proximité immédiate de l’aéroport que je recommande sans hésiter.”

“We stayed at Innside by Meliá at CDG for the second time, and unfortunately our experience was very different from the first visit. The location is excellent—about a 5–7 minute walk to the tramway, and then only one stop (around 5 minutes) to Terminal 1, which makes it extremely convenient for early flights. The rooms are also quite spacious for an airport hotel, and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade. Soukaina at reception was especially kind and welcoming. The staff overall were friendly and helpful. 😊 However, cleanliness was a major concern during this stay. The carpet in the hallway on the 5th floor was very dirty with visible food stains, and there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor. Inside the room, the floors did not appear properly cleaned, and there were visible foot stains in the shower. Overall, the room did not feel thoroughly cleaned, which made us uncomfortable. A manager did come to the room after we raised the issue and sent someone to clean again, which we appreciated, but the overall condition still did not meet expectations. Compared with our first stay—which was excellent—this visit felt like there may be inconsistent housekeeping standards or management oversight. Because cleanliness is so important, especially before a long flight, we unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, despite the great location and friendly staff. ✈️”See more reviews
