“I stayed at Melia Dunas Sal with family for 8 days, so we were able to get the full experience of the facilities. I think somewhere between 3 and 4 stars is the most appropriate for this resort, certainly not a 5* resort, neither in terms of facilities, nor in terms of staff and service. Positives: - good choice of cocktails - Water park for the children - entertainment at main pool Negatives: - Pool towels (appalling service) - Not very knowledgeable staff - food variety on buffet - bookable restaurants were sub-par”See more reviews

“Good hotel with top great staff! Thanks for Vanice, who helps us A LOT for booking à la carte restaurants, and she can even alway remember our room number (amazing memories) and say Hi to us with loads of smiles! Another staff Junior is also great, who can speak 6 languages, very brilliant guy! Really thanks for the lovely staff who brights our holidays :) PS: my designed shoes was taken by someone :( hope to get hotel’s information in the future :)”See more reviews
