“I recently stayed for a girls' ski trip and it was absolutely flawless. The location is perfect we were literally in the center of everything and only 4-5 minutes away from most of our activities . From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Alicia at the front desk for being so welcoming and helping us settle in and I can’t leave this review without mentioning the incredible service from Agustin the bellboy (I hope I’ve got his name right!), he was fantastic! They even surprised me with a thoughtful welcome gift and a handwritten card, which was such a lovely personal touch. The breakfast was another highlight; the food was delicious with a great variety and the staff were so kind and attentive. Additionally, the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful but the hospitality is even better. We will definitely be coming back!”See more reviews
