“Amazing hotel beautiful rooms the staff were amazing went above and beyond to accommodate our guests with disabilities especially Smita natalia babao Jeevan Julia Priya and khia they are a credit to the hotel the only reason it's 4 star is in October the pool was freezing and there is no disabled access to the pool from the roof top as it is slightly raised by 6 steps also the lifts are breaking down on a regular basis apart from that it's an amazing place to stay great location the rooms are beautiful and so clean and the fact that the mini bar is free every day means you save money by talking them out with you on your days out”See hotel
