Meliá Hanoi

Our stay at Meliá Hanoi was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We stayed in a Level Suite, and it was incredibly spacious with multiple areas to relax, including a separate living room and two bathrooms—truly a luxurious and comfortable retreat. The Level Lounge experience elevated everything even further. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the daily happy hour and tea time. The unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages were a wonderful touch and made the experience feel indulgent and seamless. What truly sets this hotel apart is the phenomenal service. A special thank you to Huyen in the Level Lounge, who went above and beyond in every way—anticipating our needs, fulfilling every request with warmth and grace, and making us feel so well cared for. Her kindness and attentiveness made our stay unforgettable. We also want to recognize Tu, who checked us in at the Level Lounge. She was incredibly welcoming, provided excellent recommendations for outings and activities, and ensured we were fully oriented with the hotel and all its amenities. Her thoughtful guidance helped us make the most of our time in Hanoi. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern and elegant lobby, lovely café and restaurants, a relaxing pool area, and a well-equipped gym. The location is fantastic—walkable to many of Hanoi’s top sights and hotspots. We truly had the best time in Hanoi thanks to the outstanding team at Meliá. This is a spectacular 5-star hotel with top-notch service, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We will absolutely be back!

A nice, clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with a great restaurant! Also, thank you to Phan Thanh Hoai (Hannah), the Guest Experience Director, who was one of the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever met - nothing was too much trouble for her, and she made our stay great! I’ll be back next time I’m in Hanoi.

The breakfast is awesome. A wonderful spread of food items and very delicious. Met Olatz from Guest Experience Team at the breakfast restaurant. Olatz is very friendly and helpful. She is always smiling and communicated very well with the guests. Also met Olivia and Hieu. Olivia is hardworking and friendly. Hieu is friendly. A very good team at the restaurant.
