Muy buena ubicacion con acceso directo a la playa, y al largo paseo maritimo muy agradable , aconsejable para familias con niños que era nuestro caso, destacar la excelente labor y atencion de todo el personal asi como el de animacion , en recepción una mención especial para Abel, muy diligente y complaciente siempre. La animación para adultos esta muy bien y la de peques tambien, nos gustó todo en general y esperamos repetir. We must highlight the excellent work and attention of all the staff, including the entertainment team. A special mention goes to Abel at reception, who was always very helpful and accommodating. The entertainment for adults was very good, and the children's entertainment was also excellent. We enjoyed everything overall and hope to return.

Parfait Et le personnel est très prévenant

It was just perfect. We had such an amazing time at this hotel, and it’s hard to fault. Being pedantic, the food wasn’t always up to our particular tastes and flavours but at the same time they’re trying to cater to the everyone so I can’t complain - it’s all edible. There is a variety of entertainment options for all ages; children and adults, including slides, darts, water sports, yoga and spinning sessions. The hotel is located right next to the beach too, which is lovely. The views are also beautiful. Just a note; it’s €10 per towel that you have for the duration; this can also be changed daily for fresh towels. I’m not sure if it was just our room or not, but they don’t seem particularly safe from an internal perspective; there is no bolt for the door and the French doors are held secure by a rudimentary device. Massive shout out to Ibra in the restaurant for being such a smiling, friendly gentleman but also to Nathan as part of the entertainment team - keep smiling!

Its a lovely hotel, the rooms are really nice. However the floor never got cleaned for the 9 days we were here. So we had filthy floors full of sand. The food is really good. Lots of selection and different everyday. The desserts are unreal. Pools are nice, the middle one is heated however be prepared in the colder months it is still freezing. It was 24 degrees here but the all the pools were freezing. We couldnt go in until the afternoon. Location is perfect. Access to the beach on the doorstep. And close to the main town. The photographer is very weird. He thought we booked a photoshoot with him when we didnt. When he saw us and said we had a shoot booked, I said no we didnt and he was rude about it. Never glanced or smiled at us again the whole holiday. Overall a fantastic hotel, just the cleaning of the rooms need improving and maybe a new photographer 😂
