Great location and friendly staff. Abel the manager looked after our family so well from start to finish. The staff on the Red Level could not have been more helpful especially Patrica, Irene, Laura, and Pepy. A big thank you to Gonzalo and Flores for looking after us at breakfast. Adrian,Raul,and Rafa have your seats ready for you when you arrive at the pool every morning.GREAT SERVICE.

Estructura hotelera de los anos 70 en perfecto estado, vista increible al mar y buenos restaurantes....jardines y piscinas muy amplios...

This is our fifth holiday in Don Pepe and we intend to comeback every year and that says it all. It is the whole package from location, service and brilliant staff , everyone you meet has a big smile and greets you as you walk. Special thanks to Abel, Isabel, Pablo and our old friend Enrique. You know a hotel is good when you see management staff on the ground ,well dressed checking each guest about their experience daily. As platinum members we were received in the Red Level reception area. Check in was swift and luggage followed us to the sea view room and it is quite the view. We got fruit basket and chocolate daily delivered to the room. There are many restaurants in the Hotel,our favourite is Bardot, fresh seafood and amazing sea view. ERRE is another one with great Grill and steak tartar. Cappuccino is by the promenade and has some fabulous Sushi from the Tahini Japanese restaurant. Hotel location is another bonus and evening walks along that Beautiful promenade is a must do, it takes you all the way back to the charming old town of Marbella where its narrow streets are filled with orange trees and flowers All in all it remains our favourite hotel in Marbella year after year I would Highly recommend it

The best hotel in Marbella - I stay here every year and feel always at home. The staff friendly, especially Isabel very good, and lovely gardens and swimming pool.
