“I wrote this and I'm still here for a couple more days. I felt compelled to leave a review because the negative comments about the food here are completely unjust. We’ve stayed in all-inclusive resorts across Majorca and the Costa del Sol, and Sol Palmanova offered the best food of them all by far. I’m generally not a picky eater and can always find something to enjoy anywhere, but I was genuinely blown away from our very first lunch. The Buffets & Main Meals: The lunch and dinner spreads are fantastic. There’s a fresh salad bar, beautiful loaves of bread, loads of fresh fruit, and a dedicated deli section with cheeses, cold meats, nuts, and dried fruit. Pasta lovers are well catered for. There is always stuffed pasta with custom sauces alongside a freshly baked pasta dish like lasagna or a gorgeous cannelloni. The vegetables were cooked to perfection (the aubergine was a standout!), and the hot meat and fish options were always fresh. I took a chance on the chicken breast one day and it was surprisingly juicy and tender. My husband tried the chips, burgers, and hot dogs and said they were all very good quality too. Breakfast: An incredible spread of pastries, fruits, and fresh breads. A huge shoutout for serving tinned tomatoes instead of the usual dry grilled half tomatoes, which is a massive plus for me! The scrambled eggs were divine and properly seasoned. Desserts: Absolutely outstanding. I usually skip desserts abroad because they often taste synthetic or heavy on alcohol, but these were exceptional. Instead of endless trays of identical, bland little jelly cubes, they serve proper, high quality full slices of cake (with around 4 different varieties per meal). The apple pie was hands down the best I’ve ever eaten, the lemon meringue was exceptional, and the carrot cake was right up there with the best. Beyond the food, the dining hall is bright, spacious, and spotless. The service throughout the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are a standard hotel design, but they are comfortable, clean, and provide everything you need for a great stay. The staff are hard working, efficient, and get on with making sure everything runs smoothly. Unless you are exceptionally fussy, you will love the food here. We couldn't fault it! Very close to the beach too! Perfect location 🩷”

“Myself and group stayed here for the Palma Marathon and we will be returning next year. Location is perfect. 15 min walk to the start line of race/cathedral. Some great restaurants on the sea only a 7 min walk away (Momo Restaurant is brilliant). The hotel done an early breakfast the morning of race also to accommodate. Staff were very helpful and swift taxi service. Also only 10 mins drive to Palma Airport.”

“Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel, son un equipo maravilloso. Tuvimos un percance el último día de nuestra estancia y todos se volcaron para que mi marido estuviera bien atendido. Gracias Rafael y a todo el equipo. Siempre el personal humano es lo mejor que puedes encontrar en las vacaciones.”

“Mallorca Is Even Better When You Stay at South Beach! ☀️❤️ We had an amazing stay at South Beach! Everything was just perfect: the room was beautiful and impeccably clean, the hotel was fantastic, and the location was ideal for exploring Palma and enjoying the best of the city. A huge thank you to Marga and Sofi for making our experience so memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles really made a difference. They were always welcoming and helpful, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. It's people like them who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience! We also absolutely loved Cape Nao restaurant a truly superb dining experience that exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for getting around, exploring the city, and enjoying Mallorca without feeling far from anything. Everything came together beautifully, and we left with wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! We would definitely come back and recommend South Beach to anyone visiting Mallorca!”

“Un hotel meraviglioso, studiato nei minimi dettagli per famiglie. Ci siamo trovati bene su tutti i punti di vista: attrazioni meravigliose, animazione, cibo, pulizia, personale. Qualità prezzo penso che non ci sia di meglio sicuramente a palma di Maiorca ma anche forse in quasi tutta la Spagna , ci torneremo grazie saluti Guido”

“Sol House smashed it out the ball park!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Had a little end of summer trip on my own. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a lovely welcoming friendly reception. I didn't get his name but his English was immaculate and he made me feel very welcome. He showed me where the restaurant was and explained everything clearly (how my wristband key worked etc) The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach , 6 minutes from the bus stop, a supermarket just outside and surrounded by multiple shops, bars and restaurants. The main strip is a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself has a 24 hour shop, games area, tattoo parlour, bar, 2 pool areas and a 24 hour gymnasium. The room was perfect en suit and spacious with a balcony, conditioning, mini fridge, safe, TV, tea and coffee making facilties, nice comfy bed, beautifully decorated and air conditioned. I requested a blanket at 2am and one was bought to my room, what great service. The breakfast buffet was huge with so much variety. I had a cooked breakfast and it was delicious. After a few hours on the beach I decided to have a swim in the spacious pool. Sol house is adults only so I didn't have to worry about navigating any children in the pool and I could chill on the sun loungers in peace. I extended my stay for an extra night at reception for just €40 , bargain!! I will definitly be back. I had an amazing stay. Thankyou Sol House 💌”

“Subject: A Special Thank You to the Outstanding Team at ME Ibiza Dear ME Ibiza Management Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful team who made our stay at ME Ibiza truly special. We had an excellent experience, and what stood out most was the people. The kindness, professionalism, positive energy and genuine care shown by your staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay, including as a family travelling with a young child. I would especially like to recognise the following team members personally: * Trinni * Gardenia * Andrian * Matias * Zoraida * Mirella * Junior * Aaron Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality, your warm smiles, your attentiveness and the effort you put into making guests feel special. Every positive interaction contributed to making our holiday memorable. I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping lady responsible for our room. Her work and attention to keeping our room comfortable and welcoming were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I do not have her name, so I would be grateful if the management team could identify her and ensure that she receives this recognition as well. Please share my appreciation with every person mentioned above. I believe that exceptional employees deserve to be recognised, and these individuals made a genuine difference to our experience. ME Ibiza is a beautiful hotel, but it is the people who truly bring it to life. Your team is a credit to the hotel and to the Meliá brand. We leave with wonderful memories and sincere gratitude for everyone who took such good care of us. I hope the management will pass on our thanks personally and recognise these team members for their excellent work. Thank you once again for such a fantastic stay. We would be delighted to return. Warm regards, Maxim Antonov”
