“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service at Buffet Hadar! I would like to give a very special mention to Shaira and Carlos at Buffet Hadar. What an absolutely wonderful pair! From their warm smiles and friendly personalities to their outstanding service, they genuinely made our dining experience so enjoyable. They were always welcoming, attentive, professional and incredibly kind. It's often the little things that make a holiday special, and these two certainly went above and beyond to make us feel valued and well looked after. Their positive energy and genuine hospitality really stood out. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they always made us feel welcome. The hotel should be extremely proud to have Shaira and Carlos representing them. They are a true credit to Buffet Hadar and an excellent example of what fantastic customer service should look like. “We recently stayed at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen (Family Side), and it was truly a wonderful vacation! The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff everywhere were so welcoming and friendly. We have to give a massive shoutout to Jose at the Celsius restaurant by the pool area. From the moment we met him, we kicked it off right away! When we mentioned that we were staying in a swim-up room, Jose went above and beyond by offering to provide restaurant service directly to our pool area. For the next three days before we left, he took such amazing care of us. His hospitality left such a lasting impression that we’re already dying to come back—we genuinely hope he’s still there when we return next year! Such a wonderful person. Another huge thank you to Rachel, who made my birthday so special with an absolute dream of a wonderful dinner. She created a memory I will never forget! God bless them both! Overall, the resort was incredible, and the hospitality was top-tier. We can't wait to come back”Vedi Hotel
