“We paid around 700CHF for a standard room. The room was dark at any time of day, and for some reason they also put gray chains in the courtyard that block out all the light and only make it worse. Breakfast is included in the price, but they offered us breakfast in the basement. And if we want to have breakfast in the room with normal lighting, we have to pay for breakfast a second time. The choice of dishes is very poor. How is a guest supposed to feel in this situation? Disgusting. There is no ventilation at all in the toilet and bathroom.
