Das Hotel Sol Falco liegt in einer wunderschönen, super gepflegten hoteleigenen Gartenanlage mit phantastischem Pflanzenbewuchs. Die Anlage besteht aus einstöckigen Bungalows im südländischen Stil. Verschiedene Pools, verteilt über die Anlage (von laut bis ganz ruhig gelegen). Die Zimmer sind geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Pflege der Zimmer hätte etwas gründlicher sein können. Hallenartiger Speisesaal mit entsprechendem Geräuschpegel. Zu unserer Zeit überwiegend englisches Publikum, darauf abgestimmt war das Unterhaltungsprogramm. Das Personal war im gesamten Hotelbereich überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die 'warmen' Speisen waren selten warm. Mikrowellen standen bereit. Auf jeden Fall verbesserungswürdig!

El hotel está a 15 minutos de Ciudadela, en una "bien" con otros hoteles al lado. El servicio es bueno y rápido. The location was perfect for us and the hotel was well kept and clean. The staff were very good polite and always helpful. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent. What I expect from a four star is have basic facilities in the room including in the price you’ve paid. Not charging extra for safety deposit boxes and kettle, and basic drinks like fresh bottled water, tv and coffee should be available in the room. I’ve not travelled in Europe for 20 years,so is this standard practice in continental Europe now. We enjoyed Menorca has a couple, lovely place to visit.
