“Stayed at the Presidential Suite (1 king bed, 2 single bed and 1 baby cot) with 3 kids. **Rooms** The suite consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 pantry (microwave, snacks bar and microwave), 3 toilets. Hospitality and rooms were great and it was well furnished. The large sofa was nice and comfy to laze around after a long day. The small feathered pillow was nice to sleep on for those that appreciated it. TV had a good selection of international news and entertainment channels with Google chrome cast. However, the TV does not have its own app to access YouTube or Netflix. If you are on the Apple ecosystem, do bring along an Apple TV to project your device to the TV. The In-house Melia App was good in seeking for room service or housekeeping matter. Phone service is still available for those that needs it. **Executive Lounge** The executive lounge had a nice selection for small bites. Portions were small but it was well decorated by the chef and team. Orange juice is freshly squeezed by a machine with the usual drinks provided in any lounge. **Hotel Buffet** The hotel spread was great in terms of quality. Bacon has a selection between crispy and soft. Eggs Live station chef prepared the eggs well. It has a good selection of pastries with Korean food selection. The rest of the food selection are similar to other big brand hotel in the area. Do note that they don’t have many ready big tables (5 or more pax). Most are 2 to 4 pax. So if you are travelling with big family that wants to sit together, do come down early or be prepared to sit slightly separated. **Kidsdom* The kids club was what impressed me the most. It stretches about 50m by 25m for floor area. It has 5 zones (Video Game Room, board game room, sleep room, toddler play room, pretend play room). Kids could spend hours there and it gives parents a place to zone out while the young ones run around. It is free for hotel guest. It also has a monthly curated activities (some paid and some free). Downside is you will need to book the day before. You are unable to sign up on the spot or on the day itself. Most of the classes are held in Kidsdom, Muay Thai class is held at the hotel gym, the staff will bring the kids to and from the gym. So if your kids are young, do follow them along. For teens, it might be underwhelming but great for boys to play video games (Ps5, Xbox S series, game console machine and a driving simulator) Toilet with baby changing facilities available within the Kidsdom. Kids menu is provided for ordering of food in. Non-hotel guest can also enter the Kidsdom for a fee (1hr, 2hr and whole day). You might be better off at central kidstopia but I would say this place is fantastic for the hotel guest, if you stay here with kids. **Pool** There is a children pool next to the adult pool. It has 2 small water slide and a splash bucket. The hotel provides a limited set of lifejackets or floating aids (decathlon). This works out great for those that need props to play or learning to swim. Adult pool is small but functional with the pool bar available. **Location** - near the night market - grab order selection were great if you are looking for something beyond the hotel menu **Staff Service** The staff have been warm, welcoming and attentive since we arrive to the point where we depart. Kudos to the team that made the stay the most memorable part of the journey to Chiang Mai. **Overall** - great hotel for rainy season and for family with young kids. - Some wishes I had while staying would be USB-c port charging in room, YouTube access on TV and apple play to tv. It is not a deal breaker with the high level of amenities and services provided. - we would definitely return. Especially when I am travelling with kids.”

“For the past two years, my kid's school graduation gala has been held at this venue. It enjoys a prime location with a spacious private parking lot, making parking hassle-free. The property features stringent management, impeccable sanitation, and courteous staff. It boasts a gorgeous swimming pool, and despite being situated in a bustling downtown area, it maintains a peaceful atmosphere. 这两年孩子学校的毕业晚会都在此举办。地理位置优越，配有大型专属停车场，停车十分便捷。场地管理规范严格，卫生状况绝佳，服务人员态度谦和有礼。泳池景致优美，虽地处繁华闹市，环境却十分清幽。”
