“Suelo ir todos los meses de hoteles, esta vez escogí este, magnífica experiencia. El hotel y sus instalaciones estupendas, luego en el restaurante el servicio inmejorable, quiero dar las gracias a Elisa (2Maitre) gran profesional junto a su equipo muy atento y servicial.Luego pasé por el spa y allí se encontraba Sandra Gómez, atenta, servicial, amable…junto con su compañera Sonia, también las quería mencionar por el trato recibido por parte de ellas, muchas gracias y después de los días, para hacer el check-out nos encontramos con Raquel, segunda jefa de recepción, otra gral profesional, mil gracias por todo, así da gusto viajar,encontrarte con un equipo de personas que se le ve que le gusta su trabajo, os doy las gracias a todas por hacernos una estancia maravillosa, un saludo.Volveremos. “Llegamos el día 8 de junio y nos vamos hoy día 12 de junio. Nos alojamos en la habitación 730. La estancia maravillosa. Desde el primer día nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo el personal unos auténticos profesionales, atentos y cercanos. Desde Recepción, limpieza, como Bares y Restaurantes. El staff de animación estupendo siempre pendiente de que los clientes participen y se integren en los diferentes juegos. Todas los noches hay espectáculos y música en vivo. La chica que canta los lunes y Pablo que canta los martes, maravillosos. Nos hicieron pasar una velada encantadora. A destacar Paula (recepción), Adriana (bar piscina), Jamal, Paula y Mamen (bares) y Sandra (spa). Gracias por hacer de nuestras vacaciones inolvidables. Si quieres pasar unas vacaciones en familia o para desconectar con amigos este es tu hotel.”See more reviews

“Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. Desde el minuto uno en Recepción, el personal muy atento y simpático, encantadora Paula.La habitación estaba muy bien, nos la dieron con vista a la piscina y al mar. Toda la temática de decoración del hotel muy chula, árboles dentro del buffet, bueno maravilloso. La comida muy buena y muy variada, cada día cambiaban y podías disfrutar de comida diferente. En la piscina hay un bar con otro pequeño buffet de snack, y nos atendió la encantadora Adriana. Hay unos chicos y chicas animando todo el dia con juegis para pequeños y adultos y son tod@s maravilloso. Bueno decir que todo el personal de restaurantes y bares son encantadores y nos han tratado súper bien, a destacar Jamal ,Mamen y Paula de bares, nos alegraban todas noches. También hay espectáculo en el patio y música en directo, tanto las chicas como el cantante Pablo nos hicieron bailar todas las noches . Por último fuimos al spa el jueves por la tarde , la chica fue encantadora y salimos super relajadas. Para terminar decir que lo recomiendo 100%.”See more reviews
