“La limpieza y el lugar es maravilloso, pero lo mejor de todo es el personal amable y simpático, en especial los del bufet del polynesia como son Marcos y Alfonso que nos han estado atendiendo divinamente. Creo que es de las mejores atenciones que hemos tenido en muchos hoteles. Si tuviera que mejorar algo sería el snack bar que apenas hay de nada y el uso abusivo de las pelotas en la piscina, ya que a veces son hasta peligrosas. Sobre la beach club, que no hay nada para merendar y te hace volverte.”See more reviews

“Agradecer a Almudena Mateos y a Popular Traveling el servicio prestado para el asesoramiento y la reserva del hotel. Atencion personal y dedicación como en ningún sitio. Pendiente de cualquier problema en cualquier momento. Por supuestisimo que para la siguiente reserva de viaje volveremos a contar con ella.10/10 Respecto al hotel , repetiríamos sin dudarlo, todo súper bien salvo por unos detalles y más si ahora perteneces a Meliá. Para empezar las pulseras del todo incluido tienes que dejar una fianza(en mi caso) por ellas, a otros no se las cobraron y a otros se la cobraron aunque después se lo devuelven. Te tienen que dar unas fichas para los vasos donde beberás en los bares del hotel que te la devuelven cuando entregues el vaso(tema de reciclaje) y que en nuestro caso no nos lo dieron y nos enteramos al pedir la primera bebida del todo incluido. Por seguir con el tema de la recepción , nos dijeron al hacer el checkin(por cierto se tarda bastante) que el autobús que te lleva al parque acuático pasa cada 5-10 min. mentira, de 40 para adelante. En nuestro caso íbamos con 1 hora de spa gratis en cualquiera de los 4 días que íbamos que al final nos dijeron que pagando. Las habitaciones son grandes y están muy bien con su terraza y cocina en nuestro caso. Lo malo el cuarto de baño tiene ducha y bañera, las dos son alcachofas… incomprensible para una cadena como Meliá, nuestra habitación la puerta se estropeaba cada 2x3 , aunque se apañó al final. Tanto la luz de las habitaciones como la del comedor del hotel es una luz malísima que apenas ilumina. Incomprensible. Por lo demás bien todo bien en la habitación. Te reciben con una botella de agua. El personal del hotel todos y en todos los oficios, estupendos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La comida buena , bufet con variedad . Y buenas vistas si comes en la terraza. Fui en régimen de todo incluido , el cual no trae consigo ni paquetes de patatas en el bar ni helados de marca. Respecto al parque acuático , muy bonito y divertido pero no tienes donuts o hinchables para tirarte a no ser que los alquiles 30’euros el dos plaza, 15 individual. No entiendo porque no hay propios para cogerlos haciendo filas. Como en cualquier aguapark. En el bar del parque acuático no hay comida de la que es gratis del todo incluido en el bar de la piscina del hotel. Ahí solo bebidas. Hay comidas pero pagando. Paquete de patatas grande lays 4 euros. Para la granizada te obligan si la quieres a comprar un recipiente de plástico donde echarla , gratis siempre que quieras pero 4 euros por el recipiente. Eso de echarla en un vaso , pa que….. Los show y espectáculos por la noche , para los niños genial, para adultos, bueno… pasables para mi gusto. En general bien. Los animadores de piscina, las encargadas del mini club para niños pequeños y actividades , lo mejor de lo mejor . Gente entregada y disfrutando de su trabajo. Totalmente recomendable . Las 3 atracciones para niños pequeños del hotel por la noche , caras 4 y 5 euros , cama elásticas y trampolín con elásticos y pista de coches. Precios en tienda del hotel y máquinas de para farmacia , caros para mi gusto.. normal en costa del sol para nivel adquisitivo guiri imagino. Y no se que más decir, repetiría la experiencia pk en términos generales hemos estado super bien, los detallitos esos que dije no estropean la experiencia en general. La calidad humana hace mucho en ese hotel , que para se ahora de Meliá , se tiene que poner las pilas.”See more reviews

“Es la 2 vez que nos alojamos en este hotel la verdad las instalaciones buenas bonita temática y adecuado para los niños pero las habitaciones sin smar tv que para el tema de entretener a los chicos en la habitación es un inconveniente después el todo incluido antes no era así antes podías pedir más tarde ahora a partir de las 00:00 ya no hay nada en todo el hotel entiendo que se debe respetar el descanso de los huéspedes pero sábados por lo menos debería ser más tarde buffet bueno pero las bebidas se podían mejorar y los depósitos por las pulseras (25€ por cada pulsera) a parte de ser un poco caro no me avisaron en ningún momento a la hora de hacer la reserva”See more reviews

“Suelo ir todos los meses de hoteles, esta vez escogí este, magnífica experiencia. El hotel y sus instalaciones estupendas, luego en el restaurante el servicio inmejorable, quiero dar las gracias a Elisa (2Maitre) gran profesional junto a su equipo muy atento y servicial.Luego pasé por el spa y allí se encontraba Sandra Gómez, atenta, servicial, amable…junto con su compañera Sonia, también las quería mencionar por el trato recibido por parte de ellas, muchas gracias y después de los días, para hacer el check-out nos encontramos con Raquel, segunda jefa de recepción, otra gral profesional, mil gracias por todo, así da gusto viajar,encontrarte con un equipo de personas que se le ve que le gusta su trabajo, os doy las gracias a todas por hacernos una estancia maravillosa, un saludo.Volveremos.
