Pasamos 2 noches en una habitación muy bonita y amplia, además de limpia. Había algunos aspectos a mejorar, como las puertas del interior de las habitaciones manchadas de pintura o un ruido constante cuando abrías el grifo (como si estuvieran dando golpes a un cristal). El hotel es muy bonito y cuenta con piscina, terraza y gimnasio. Los alrededores están repletos de restaurantes (aunque ninguno de comida típica española, a parte de los dirigidos a los turistas) y discotecas (también dirigidas a turistas la mayoría). Como aspecto a tener en cuenta (aunque es ajeno al hotel), por los alrededores hay callejuelas poco iluminadas que por la noche no inspiran mucha confianza. There were a few things that could be improved, such as paint stains on the interior doors of the rooms and a constant noise when you turned on the tap (like someone was banging on glass). The hotel is very nice and has a pool, terrace, and gym. The surrounding area is full of restaurants (although none serve typical Spanish food, apart from those geared towards tourists) and nightclubs (mostly also aimed at tourists). One thing to keep in mind (though it's not related to the hotel itself) is that there are some poorly lit alleyways in the area that don't feel very safe at night.

I had a enjoyable experience at this hotel. The first impressions were great with stunning architecture and beautiful views from the room windows. The receptionist Boni at The Level reception was so helpful and so cheerful and provided the information in such a good way that made you feel immediately settled in. The Level itself was a lovely place to hang about in and get a cocktail and have causal time outside of the hotel room. The views were beautiful. The staff were all very kind and very accommodating. The food was average with limited options in the restaurant and the breakfast buffets though the fruit was very fresh. The rooms itself were extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is located at a quite good area, it takes around a 30 minute walk into town but with stunning views all along the promenade. The town is very homely with a excellent selection of shops and restaurants to choose from thats more accommodating than the hotels meal options. I would recommend this hotel but I would suggest going into the town for meals, this is a good hotel for causal lounging during the day and for people on business purposes with multiple meeting rooms located around the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to get some entertainment for the evenings as if you are a family not going out late it can be quite a dull experience with not much to do.

Amazing hotel with a wonderful view

Hicimos nuestro banquete de boda en el hotel, y fue un gran acierto, tanto las instalaciones, como la comida fueron excelentes. Pero el mejor activo fue el personal de una profesionalidad exquisita. Gracias por todo y hacer que este día fuera perfecto

El hotel es muy bonito,espacioso,diferente,las habitaciones muy bonitas,el servicio en general ,muy amable,pendiente del cliente,en el bar,restaurante,muy bien atendidos por Moises y Juan Cruz,todo perfecto !!
