The service here is amazing, the beach is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Especially Ryan, he’s incredibly helpful, attentive, kind, and the most handsome guy at the front desk. I’ll definitely be back someday soon.

We were visiting from USA and was introduced to this location. At first we were skeptical about the location but when we arrived there, the services were great and it exceeded our expectations. The friendliness and hospitality was exceptional except we were a little taken back by the food service. We paid for VIP(Level service) but it got annoying for them to keep asking us what room we were staying in. We were fine with them asking us but they didn't asked anyone else who came into the dinning area because we were Vietnamese...did they really think we couldn't afford the be there? That was my only regret..I hope they can learn from the experience and not asked their guests these uncomfortable questions...Overall, we enjoyed the stay and also want to give a special thank you to Ryan Tram for making the stay worth while.
