We just got back from staying at this wonderful hotel. The location, staff and hotel itself is very clean. The staff are very friendly and always there if needed anything. The staff at the reception are very helpful too if need any information on how to get to places. There were some days when we wanted vegetarian soup and they prepared for my family. At night they would also provide milk for my child and didnt charge. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting puerto de la cruz. Please ignore the negative reviews and would recommend your stay here. A big thank you to all the staff & management of the hotel. Will surely return to stay at the same place. Excellent! Keep it up.
