Mi experiencia en Salinas ha sido excelente. Sus restaurantes tienen muuuy buenas cocinas, sus cocineros: unos pro. Las personas de Recepción son encantadoras y las de Recepción de Reserve, qué decir de ellas? que me miman muchísimo y son un amor. Las Karen, Kelly, Paula, Yaiza, Vero, aaiiinnsss son más pero ahora mismo no recuerdo todos sus nombres, perdón: GRACIAS por ser mis secres personales 🥰 Yo hago mucha vida en la piscina de Reserve. Su bar me parece el mejor. Jonathan prepara unos cócteles….. están buenísimos!!!! Y si quieres nunca repites el mismo. Es como una enciclopedia de cocteles 😂😂😂😂. Noemí es un amor, Delgado es puro nervio. Dirige “la orquesta” que no veas, les acaba estresando 😂😂😂😂, sobre todo a Lausin (perdona si no he escrito bien tu nombre 😜) que es cocinero muy bueno pero con cierto punto de….mal genio? en ocasiones 😂😂😂😂, Suber a un chico majísimo que de vez en cuando prepara unas bebidas algo…. alegres?? pero se beben igual 😂😂😂😂. Todos ellos unos pro, excelentes. Mafalda: una pro, muy amable, siempre tiene una sonrisa. Está en desayunos de Reserve. El resto de personal de desayuno, muuuy buenos en lo suyo, todos. Kyara, mi house keeper: una tía muy curranta y muy amable, siempre. Africa: mi camarera de room service personal 🫣😂😂😂. Es taaann buena y la de kms que se hace la niña al día 😂😂😂😂. Maleteros, como ellos dicen: vosotros también, cuantos kms os hacéis al día?? 😂😂 son muy atentos, educados y pro. Es que todo lo que pueda decir es poco, salvo alguna excepción, este hotel tiene unos equipos impresionantes!!!!!!! Acabamos de comer en el restaurante Santé del Hotel Paradisus Cancun y nos ha encatado. Comida muy rica y variada y el servicio genial sobretodo gracias a Bernardo y Valeria. Nos han tratado muy bien y deseamos volver pronto.

We decided to come to the Melia Salinas Paradisus for 5 nights to relax and enjoy a luxury hotel for few days. We got the Reserve extra package which give you access to an exclusive swimming pool and some extra perks. Overall our stay was amazing, the hotel is very well maintained with 2 swimming pools (one for the Reserve) and 4 restaurants. The room was very nice, not huge but with everything you need, a nice terrace overlooking the sea and a super nice shower with natural light. Only complaint, and this is very personal, we had too many pillows. We would prefer having fewer, we were leaving them around the room every night before sleeping. We ate in all of the restaurants. By far La Graciosa was the best experience, we got the wine pairing and Oscar, the sommelier, did a great job showing us wines from the Cannary islands. Food was fantastic. The other restaurants were nice as well, and the buffet is refreshed often and has daily specials. Overall a great gastronomic experience. The wines included in the all included could be better in my humble opinion. Adding a nice Rioja wouldnt hurt :). Finally, we would like to give shout outs to some staff that made our stay even more special. First, Kelly our destination concierge, was super helpful all the time. Even booking a round of golf for me! Secondly, to the team at the bar/restaurant at the Reserve pool. Jonathan and the rest of the team made our days at the pool the best moment of the experience. Dare to ask Jonathan to surprise you with a cocktail, he will not let you down! He really knows his stuff. Thank you to everyone at the hotel making our stay a great experience worth repeating for sure.

Review based on 7-night stay at The Reserve suite. Hotel Hotel itself is massive. It combines "Lanzarote white" color with reliefs based on Cesar Manrique works and lots of greenery in main lobby. Reception is easily found and is the first thing you see in the hotel. The Reserve guests have additional, private reception. Navigation is easy, there are signs pointing at main points of interest. Everything except from Spa is accessible from floor 0 and there are fast elevators and a staircase. Access is based on bracelets, which makes it impossible to forget when leaving a room. Hotel's location is perfect for visiting all of the islands main attractions. Restaurants There are four main restaurants: - general buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner - Lebanese cuisine for dinner - Italian cuisine for dinner - Canary Islands cuisine for lunch and dinner The Reserve rooms get access to a special area with a la carte breakfast and all-day snack bar. All restaurants except for buffet need a reservation for dinner. This can be easily done through app or Destination Concierge. Menus are prepared in multiple languages and provide list of allergens for every meal. In addition to physical menus, there is a QR code leading to online menu on every table. Restaurant with Canary Island cuisine does a "tasting menu" for dinner, with three main options and one "enhanced". Most food and beverage is covered by All Inclusive, with very few "enhanced" options that require additional payment. Service Service in the hotel is excellent. Service in restaurants is very rapid. Waiters are very helpful and it's easy to see the care about guest comfort. They cleans up used tableware before you can see it and provide constant flow of liquids Housekeeping is done twice a day, without disturbing the guests. All additional requests are processed rapidly - we traveled as a group of 3 and after requesting additional towels and bathrobes, they were delivered after few minutes. Special mention needs to go to Destination Concierge available for The Reserve guests. They provide enhanced experience and help you with managing your stay. They can book reservations for various facilities, request housekeeping, help with formalities and provide information - all through a private WhatsApp chat. Every request was met with a very rapid and exhaustive response. My group's Destination Concierge was Veronica - her commitment made our experience much better and hassle-free. Relax There is one main swimming pool available to all guests in the form of "natural pool". Depths vary from very shallow to around 1.8m. Entrances are distributed all around the pool and it's possible to enter at any place on the shallow side. The Reserve guests get access to "quiet" swimming pool - smaller, regularly shaped, with constant depth, with no music being played. There is a bar located near each swimming pool. Near main swimming pool there is an ice cream stand. Selection of cocktails and soft drinks is varied. Reservation of sunbeds is not permitted to allow every guest find one when necessary. Thanks to this, it was possible to find empty ones at any given time, despite hotel being fully booked. Towels left for too long are cleaned up. There is a gym with varied equipment. One part is available during the day and provides exit to the beach. The main part is open 24 hour a day. WiFi Hotel provides WiFi 6 connection with excellent coverage and speeds. The Reserve As usual, the rooms marked with "The Moniker" add excellent over standard. The first and best addition is Destination Concierge who help you with any request during your stay. They also provide private check-in and check-out. There is access to special areas for food and relaxation. Guests receive coupons for island attractions depending on the length of their stay. There is also "Exceptional Experience" - we attended wine tasting at the oldest winery on Lanzarote.

El Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote es un auténtico oasis en la isla, un lugar donde se fusionan historia y arte local en un entorno que respira calidad en cada detalle. Desde el momento en que entras, te envuelve una sensación de paz y elegancia, con un interiorismo que refleja un cuidado excepcional y una selección de materiales de primera categoría. Pero si hay algo que realmente destaca en este hotel es el trato humano. Todo el personal es increíblemente simpático y profesional, haciendo que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. Quisiera hacer una mención especial a Ignacio, cuyo trato cálido y cercano hizo nuestra estancia aún más especial. Nos alojamos en una juniorsuite que fue simplemente un sueño. La amplitud de la habitación, combinada con las vistas impresionantes a la playa, hizo que cada momento allí fuera memorable. La experiencia gastronómica es incomparable. A diferencia de otros hoteles con todo incluido, aquí se cuida cada detalle en la cocina. Desde un almuerzo con jamón de pata negra hasta la posibilidad de cenar en varios restaurantes donde se ofrece una gastronomía diseñada por un chef con estrella Michelin, la calidad y variedad de la comida es sobresaliente. Al ser un hotel solo para adultos, el ambiente es de calma y relajación total. La zona de la piscina está impecablemente diseñada, ofreciendo tanto hamacas como camas balinesas para disfrutar del sol en un entorno de serenidad. ¿Qué más se puede decir? ¡Gracias, Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote! Sin duda, volveremos a este pequeño paraíso.
