I loved my stay at this hotel. A nice sized room for the city and well laid out. At the intersection of beautiful design and comfortable stay. Front desk staff are very helpful! You can leave your luggage with the hotel after checkout which was great to explore the city. Only complaint was that the towels and robes were rough.

I celebrated my 27th birthday in New York City, and my stay at Innside by Meliá Nomad made it truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Julio at the Front Desk, who, along with Cristina, helped me every time I needed anything at the hotel or outside, for shopping or anything related to the hotel and its services. I had the pleasure of personally meeting Andrés from Guest Experience, who really assured and ensured my stay was absolutely perfect in every way, surprising me constantly with his enthusiasm towards my birthday celebration and providing everything I could need. Shout out to Angelo and Angela too! Their efforts really made me feel like a celebrity, and I had the time of my life during that week. I would like to express my gratitude and admiration for everyone working at Innside by Meliá Nomad who makes everyone's stay unforgettable. I stayed in a Deluxe Room with a city view on the 20th floor. The room was spacious and had big windows overlooking the city. The gym, also on the 20th floor, looks out over southern Manhattan. The hotel location is perfect. Breakfasts at Willson is amazing. I really recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to spend their holidays in New York City. Best Wishes, Joaquín Perales.

Wife and I stayed three night at the INNSiDE by Melia. We were in room 1913 which has a wonderful view of the southern Manhattan skyline. I will also note that this room is directly below the fitness center on the 20th, so there was some noise related to that, so if you are very sensitive to noise have them move you a few rooms over on the 19th floor We were very impressed with all the hotel staff. They were very friendly and offered us water as we were checking in. We got there before our room was ready (about 2:00PM) and they stowed our bags and sent us an email promptly when the room became available (at 2:40). The room was clean and had everything we needed. There were 4 elevators servicing the building so never had an issue with waiting for a ride up or down The location near 27th and 7th Ave was perfect for catching the subway (#1 train one block away for easy access to Times Square, Broadway, Central Park as well as locations South.) Plenty of people walking the streets even after dark up to Midnight so felt safe walking nearby.

Neat and clean hotel. But didn’t get the one free breakfast as Melia Gold member. The handling from the staff about this matter was quite dissatisfying.
