3 Sterne weil sehr nettes Personal und Hundefreundlich 2 Sterne Abzug weil das Bad leider nicht so sauber war (dunkle braun-rote angetrocknete Tropfen auf dem Lichtschalter und an der Badtür) und flecken auf dem Handtuch waren. Vorhänge gingen leider auch nicht zu! Frühstück war in Ordnung

The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless and quiet, and it was also very spacious. It’s always a pleasure to stay at Meliá hotels. We will glady come back on our next visit to Munnich.

Was soll man sagen? Beim Check-in in der Schlange mit 8 anderen Gästen fast 15 Minuten gewartet, weil nur 1 Mitarbeiter anwesend war. Das Zimmer ziemlich laut zum dicht befahrenen Ring. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln und die Dusche hat mehr getröpfelt, als Wasser geliefert. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung. Schade, weil ich in anderen Städten bisher eher gute Erfahrungen mit Meliá Hotels gemacht habe.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den äußerst professionellen und freundlichen Service von Herrn Rumen Keskin, der uns herzlich empfangen und hervorragend betreut hat.

The room is okay, and the bed is good. The staff are friendly. But the air conditioning does not work well. The sink only gives very hot water because the switch is broken. There is also no coffee machine or kettle, even though they are listed in the room description.
