Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort

Пляж огромный, но там не поплавать толком. Волны слишком сильные. А так место очень интересное! Буфет масштабный, территория большая, все ухожено. Даже есть бесплатный трансфер из второго района, но им не пользовались, далеко живем.

정말 럭셔리 하고 멋진 숙소입니다. 안에서 다 해결할 수 있습니다. 음식도 맛있고 액티비티 활동도 다양하니 좋습니다. 수영장 및 바다도 있고 넓어서 산책하기도 너무 좋습니다. 자연친화적이여서 벌레와 도마뱀이 많지면 이것도 너무 즐겁습니다. 당황했던건 욕실에 도마뱀이랑 만난점입니다

Có thể nói trải nghiệm về dịch vụ ở đây ko xứng với giá tiền mình bỏ ra. Mình muốn nêu vài điểm sau để resort có thể khắc phục và ngày càng trở nên hoàn thiện hơn: 1. Starbucks: nếu k thể giữ được chất lượng SB như standard thì ko nên mở quầy vì ko nghĩ có một ngày bạn uống ly SB pha chế bằng máy!!! Và nó dở tệ! 2. Welcome drinks: Resort cũng 4-5* nhỉ…nhưng check in thì phải tự đi lấy nước uống từ những bình nước được đặt sẵn ở bàn thay vì được nv mang đến như welcome drinks ở những resort khác. 3. Nhà hàng: mình có đến uống cocktails ở nhà hàng cạnh bãi biển, bước vào ko một nhân viên nào tiếp và hỏi han để dẫn đến bàn trống mà phải tự đi tìm bàn trống. Ngồi một hồi ko có nv nào đến hỏi cũng phải tự đi tìm nv để nhận oỏder, rồi nv đến hỏi “bàn chị có menu chưa chị”!!! Ủa em? Vì đã ăn tối nên mình chỉ gọi khoai tây xhieen với rượu vang và cocktails nhưng…khoai tây chiên cháy khét mà rất mặn. 4. Ca sĩ hát phục vụ khách ăn tối thì ko thể dở hơn… Thật sự ko hiểu ressort tầm này mà sao lại cast hời hợt thế cơ. Điểm cộng duy nhất mình thích ở đây là ko gian nhiều cây xanh, cảnh quan đẹp và những người thích chạy bộ như mình sẽ rất happy. Mình mong resort sẽ cải thiện để hoàn chỉnh hơn vì mỗi tháng mình hay đến nghỉ dưỡng ở Intercon và lần đầu trải nghiệm Melia mà mình thật sự thích ko gian ở đây nhưng thất vọng về chất lượng dịch vụ.

Beautiful resort, misleading “all inclusive” package – disappointing experience booking through Luxury Escapes. The resort itself is absolutely stunning and the physical property is hard to fault. However, our experience was let down significantly by the package sold through Luxury Escapes, which we feel was misleading. The “all inclusive” offering is not truly all inclusive. Food options were limited, and multiple items on the included menu (including oysters and scallops) were repeatedly unavailable throughout our stay. Strangely, we were told certain items weren’t available, yet saw other guests being served them. Substitutions were only offered on our final day, which felt far too late. Drink options were also restricted to basic local spirits and a couple of cocktails, which is not what most travellers would expect from an all-inclusive package. Service recovery was slow and reactive rather than proactive. After raising concerns early in our stay, meaningful gestures weren’t made until the very end, which gave the impression issues were being delayed rather than resolved. We also had ongoing issues with the shuttle service. The package states transfers, it encourages the flights we booked so when trying to arrange a transfer to the hotel from our flight we were told we would need to wait almost 8 hours. We ended up booking our own car there but when we tried to book our transfer back (5 days in advance) were initially told it was fully booked. After multiple conversations we were eventually placed on a transfer that was only half full?! This added to the overall frustration and inconsistency of communication. One particularly uncomfortable aspect was that on several occasions, staff asked us to order additional food for them. This felt unprofessional and put us in an awkward position as guests. While the resort itself is beautiful, the experience did not match what was advertised. If you are considering booking this deal through Luxury Escapes, be aware that the inclusions may not align with expectations of a true “all inclusive” stay. Overall, we would not recommend this package in its current form, and strongly encourage Luxury Escapes to revise how it is marketed to better reflect the actual experience.
