It was a great holiday However the last week was less than desirable To many families for Easter week and the hotel became overcrowded

We stayed in room 3713 and the Alejandro guest experience relations made our stay very special as we was celebrating an anniversary. Most definitely a 5 star experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay.

The service was spectacular! The location was great! The music area from 4 pm to 6 pm was fantastic with wonderful entertainers (Sebastian). The sports area was very complete (the spinning classes were really cool). In short, fantastic days!

Stayed in a premium sea-view suite. The hotel is clean, well located by the beach, and staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The grounds are pleasant and it’s a great base for walking along the coast. However, the overall experience did not match expectations for a “premium” four-star hotel. Despite being described as “adult recommended,” the hotel felt overwhelmingly family-oriented. Children were frequently loud in all common areas throughout the day and evening, to the point where it felt more like a schoolyard than a resort. This made it difficult to relax or enjoy an adult atmosphere. The ambiance is also lacking. There is almost no background music in common areas, including in the evenings, so the dominant sound is guest noise rather than a curated or relaxing environment. The rooftop pool has potential, but the music choice is poor and detracts from the experience. The food experience was particularly disappointing. Beyond the basic, cafeteria-style quality, the overall environment felt rushed and stressful. Staff are clearly overworked — taking orders, clearing tables, and preparing for the next service all at once — which creates a chaotic and unpleasant dining atmosphere. Combined with the lack of music or ambiance, it does not feel like a relaxing meal. That said, the staff themselves are spectacular and do their best under pressure. Rooms are clean and comfortable but dated, with visible wear. Small details — such as plastic flowers — feel out of place and cheapen the overall impression. The “premium” offering itself feels underdeveloped and does not provide meaningful added value. This is also not a good fit for solo travelers looking to meet others, as the clientele is mostly older couples and families, with limited social atmosphere. Overall: A well-located hotel with great staff, but better suited to families or a low-key resort stay than a premium or adult-oriented experience. The reality fell noticeably short of the expectations set by the hotel’s own marketing and website.
