A self-taught chef from Punta Brava in Puerto de la Cruz, Seve Díaz creates a cuisine which is sincere and closely related to the region, where flavour, memory and identity are of the essence. After dedicating his time to music, in 2010 he decided to focus completely on cuisine, and in 2015 founded together with Valentina: Seve Díaz Workshop, an intimate creative space where technique is developed and authenticity guides every dish. After a decade of experience, his work has been recognized with a Repsol Sol and his first Michelin Star.
