“I love this resort! It is exactly how I pictured it and it came to life. I am so glad I chose this resort for a weekend getaway! Needed a break from the hustle and bustle of life and this is god sent!! Resort is extremely huge, well maintained and peaceful! The room is the biggest I have ever stayed! Cons: (1) I expected better food. The bakes are really subpar for a 5 star resort. Breakfast is okay. It is edible but I won’t look forward to it. Service could be warmer! Smiles are free! It feels like they are understaffed during breakfast timing. I asked for a bottle of water at SASA and they turned me down, asking me to go down to the reception. I find this unacceptable for a 5 star resort. It’s just a bottle of water?! How much does it cost! (2) location- may be a little far to get to town area but thank god the grab rides here are quite affordable (around $5) (3) there should be beach music playing at the beach umbrellas. I was quite appalled that there is no music which destroys the vibes. My past stays at other 5 star establishments offered this and it really carried the beach vibes better. It makes me feel that they had put more thought in enhancing the customer experience. Also, there wasn’t any service stuff to collect orders at the umbrellas!!! I find it a little odd that we must purposely walk all the way to the bar to place an order. Any small detail that shows that more thoughts should be placed to enhance the customer experience. But nonetheless, a great stay!”Vedi Hotel
