“Staff was great but management was totally invisible (except when they were having their lunch in one of the restaurants). Check in was quite flat, eventhough we are goldmemeber and checkout the same. Nobody asked how our stay was and the lady at guest experience desk (think she was spanish) looked bored and tired with no smile what so ever during all the days we were there. Felt management was not really busy with guest experience. Another improvement is the emergency lights and sound when there is a glitch in the electricity. I understand this can happen but in the 5 nights we stayed it was on avaerage twice a night it happened and it wakes you up. Food was great and again staff in restaurant very warm. Ps: tried to send this message trough your review form but this form doesn’t work”Vedi Hotel
