“Being British we love a cuppa, so once we got over being mislead by the kettle being in our room but no t bags or coffee or milk add had set ourselves up with our own supplies, lol We had a fantastic time and already planning another visit? Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, special shoutout to Fatima who joined in our banter and got to n know our little foibles and remembered them. What a memory with so many guests! They seemed to have several roles that they managed seamlessly. Every single member of staff were friendly and helpful Food as expected, enough variety for everyone but did try a local restaurant for a change of palate. The pool area, small but lovely but the beach is just in front of the entrance to the hotel. Brilliant location for old and new town. Calmer than new town”Voir l’hôtel

“We had a wonderful stay at The Level at Meliá Alicante and would definitely recommend it. The hotel has a fantastic location, making it a great choice for exploring Alicante. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The sea view was absolutely fantastic. The Level team deserves a special mention. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to taking care of all our needs. Hisham, in particular, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. We would definitely recommend choosing The Level when booking. The adults-only setting creates a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the additional service and attention make it well worth choosing. The only area where we feel there could be some improvement is the breakfast, but overall, this was a fantastic experience. We would happily return and highly recommend The Level at Meliá Alicante for a relaxing stay with excellent service and beautiful sea views.”Voir l’hôtel
