Es mi segunda vez en este maravilloso hotel y, sin duda, lo recomiendo 100%. Desde el inicio, el nivel de servicio de The Level hace que la estancia valga completamente la pena. Quiero destacar especialmente a Aimen, el manager de recepción, quien fue absolutamente espectacular; su profesionalismo y amabilidad marcaron la diferencia y nos hizo sentir como en casa durante toda nuestra estancia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con una estación de U-Bahn muy cerca, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y equipadas con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y no les falta detalle. El desayuno en la 57 planta merece una mención especial por su calidad y variedad, sin duda uno de los mejores que he probado. Además, el servicio fue excelente, gracias a Aura, quien fue muy amable y atenta, haciendo del desayuno una experiencia aún mejor. Alexander, del concierge, también estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitábamos, demostrando una gran dedicación al servicio. Por último, no puedo dejar de mencionar el Restaurante 57, que ofrece unas vistas espectaculares desde la planta 57. Es una experiencia inolvidable (si tienes, The Level) disfrutar de la ciudad desde las alturas y una zona exclusiva para los clientes The Level. En definitiva, ya sea por su relación calidad-precio, su céntrica ubicación o el ambiente acogedor, este hotel es una opción que no defrauda. ¡Espero volver pronto!

Eu tive uma estadia absolutamente maravilhosa neste hotel! A partir do momento em que chegamos, a equipa fez nos sentir muito bem-vindos. foram simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar em tudo o que precisávamos, o que deu o tom para uma experiência incrível. As vistas do hotel eram de tirar o fôlego. Acordar com paisagens tão lindas todos os dias foi um verdadeiro deleite e tornou a nossa estadia ainda mais especial. É claro que o hotel foi projetado para aproveitar ao máximo sua localização, e a vista por si só já vale a visita Obrigado a todo o staff especial ao senhor que nos mostrou o piso 57 e pela sua simpatia

Ich durfte selber 5 Jahre in Melia Hotel arbeiten, es war mir eine Ehre , ich hab soviel gelernt und erlebt, und fantastische Leute kennenlernen dürfen. Ich kann Ihnen nur empfehlen , dort hinzugehen und selber sich ein Bild zumachen . Sie werden in der Bar in 58 Stock so herzlich von tolles Personal empfangen, überhaupt von Rino und Ivan werden alles in der Macht tun das ihr Aufenthalt nicht bereuen werden , sie machen wundervolle Cocktails 🍸 und sind mit Leib und Seele bei der Arbeit. Egal was sie wünschen, sie werden das beste tun das es ihnen gut geht und sich wohlfühlen können. Schaun sie vor , die Aussicht werden sie lieben

The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The decor was stylish and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view from the room was breathtaking -Danube and city Centre - offering a stunning panorama of the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the attention to detail in the room’s setup made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast at Hotel Melia Vienna was a delightful experience. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The breakfast area was well-organized and had a pleasant ambiance, making it a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is one of its best features. It is situated in a calm area with excellent train connections, making it easy to explore Vienna. Despite being central, the location is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, there are convenient amenities nearby, such as a supermarket and a makeup store, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. I cannot praise Irina enough for her exceptional hospitality during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly welcoming demeanor. Irina’s attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every guest feels special truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. Her genuine care and professionalism were evident in every interaction, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Irina’s ability to anticipate needs and provide thoughtful touches throughout my stay added a personal touch that made all the difference. Robert was also amazing during my stay, welcoming, kind, very attentive. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike about my stay at Hotel Melia Vienna. If I had to mention something, it would be the limited options on the lunch menu and the bar closing earlier than I would have preferred. However, these are minor issues in the grand scheme of things and didn’t significantly impact my overall experience. Everything else was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
