“Estuvimos alojados en este hotel durante dos maravillosas noches. Desde antes de la llegada Mauricio (reservas) fue super amable y respondió rapidamente a todos los emails q tuvimos, ya q hubo un problema en nuestra reserva pero consiguieron resolverlo y llegamos a una solución amistosa. El día de alojarnos por fin llegó y ya conforme entras al hotel te das cuenta desde el primer minuto que sientes q estas en un hotel de 5*, el trato de todo el personal es maravilloso, pero lo que realmente hace al hotel único es la vista, pq al primer paso que das dentro del hall de la recepción ves las cataratas y ese efecto WOW ya hace que la experiencia comience de una forma increíble, o al menos prometa. Hicimos el Check-in con Antonella que nos explicó todo muy amablemente y después nos llevó a nuestro cuarto Esteban, que fue muy servicial y simpatico. De camino a la hab nos hizo un pqueño tour por el hotel y dentro d la habitación aprovechó tmb para explicar un par de cosas por si teníamos alguna duda y sobre todo dejando claro el tema de los monos q entran sin miramientos dentro de las habs y asaltan literalmente el minibar. Habrá algunos q vean un problema en esto, para mi era un aliciente, son muy graciosos y simplemente hay q tener cuidado con echar el pestillo de la puerta de la terraza, pq van a intentar entrar sin miramientos, incluso para coger tus pertenencias... El desayuno estuvo tmb muy bien y el atendimiento por parte de Leandro y Enrique fue top, muy atentos a todo. La comida en general estaba muy buena y se notaba q era de calidad, por suerte teníamos el upgraded de nivel Red Level y pudimos contar con el extra de pedir platos a la carta fuera del bufé habitual. Creo q esos platos deberían estar disponibles para todos, pq por el precio q pagas, incluso sin estar en Red Level, debería de tenerlos incluidos. Ahí viene el aspecto de la comida, donde cenamos las dos noches con ellos. Ambas noches la comida estuvo espectacular, la pizza deliciosa (de las mejores q hemos probado nunca sin exagerar) y el postre q creo recordar q se llamaba el volcan de dulce de leche era simplemente sublime. Un 10 en ese aspecto, pero eso si, no fueron baratos, pero claro, todo se paga pq estás en un lugar exclusivo, alejado de todo y es hasta cierto punto entendible, algo caro para nuestro parecer... Probamos varios días el gym (bastante completo, pero faltaba un rack en condiciones para la barra olímpica) y pudimos acceder al circuito del spa con los hidromasajes, una maravilla y la chica de la entrada muy simpática tmb. Igualmente Zhoe (creo recordar) en la piscina fue muy simpática y servicial. Como trabajadores en el sector, queremos felicitar a todo el equipo por su amabilidad y simpatía pq al final del día vienes a alojarte a sitios como este hotel por el trato que recibes y el personal q va a atenderte y resolver tus dudas, etc. por lo q si se nos pasó el nombre de alguien pedimos disculpas, un diez para todo el equipo en ese aspecto :)”

“Mittendrin im Iguazu Nationalpark, nur wenige Gehminuten bis zu den Trails bzw. Ökozug-Station. Hervorragendes Essen. Die Aussicht von der Rooftop-Bar ist einfach traumhaft. “No hay mejor experiencia en Iguazú !!!! Por FAVOR , reubiquen el asador el humo que genera le quita categoría a los espacios comunes del hotel Entrada exclusiva y práctica al parque Iguazú ( 10 minutos de caminata ) Servicios de excelencia , tanto del personal como los restaurant , spa . Solo como dato a tener en cuenta es la acústica en habitaciones , un hotel de estas características deberia no ser un ítem a mejorar .
