Meliá Jardines del Teide

Beautiful hotel, can't fault anything. Amazing views from pretty much everywhere and a lovely beach and surrounding area nearby. Everystep was perfect from check in to check out. Had a lovely gift of fizz, chocolates and a lovely note as we were there on our honeymoon. Didn't stay on The Level but don't think we missed out at all. Thre rooms were immaculate, serviced everyday and minibar restocked. Plenty of sunbeds available everyday. A bonus is having activities included, I took part in reiki, glass painting and a coffe workshop, all really enjoyable with great instruction and you keep what you make. Food was lovely and fresh even in the buffet resturant. Staff were absolutely fantastic, didn't come across anyone who let the service down. In particular Robbie, Karla and all those in the pool bar plus many more who's names I can't remember, sorry! The only slight criticism is be aware of being tried to be sold a time share in the guise of 'The Circle'. I did witness one couple trying to leave a meeting and being pressurised. Thankfully we didn't partake in any meetings as I feel this would have let the holiday down when everything and everyone else was perfect.

This hotel is incredible. The pools are beautiful. The staff are second to none and everything you could hope for is provided in a great abundance. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Angelica who runs the restaurant is absolutely wonderful. She endeavours to get people the best seats and any requests given were fulfilled. Angelica was polite, charming and always made my girlfriend and me feel welcome. The food is sensational and the service is impeccable. Angelica greeted us with a warm smile and her attention to detail cannot be faulted. Nico, Felipe, Ramon, Jorge, Beatriz, Domingo, Adrian, Layla, Carlos and the entire staff were so accommodating and wonderful. Every staff member went above and beyond. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The room was perfect and regularly cleaned. The front desk was so efficient in responding to requests and providing us with information. The lady in the gift shop was also fantastic. This winter sun experience was perfect and I will certainly be coming back. Absolutely no complaints and only heaps of praise.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Aussicht nur leider hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt über dem Müllplatz und die Müllabfuhr kam jede Nacht gegen 3/4 Uhr.

Ein wirklich schönes Erwachsenenhotel etwas abseits vom Trubel aber trotzdem alles auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Man kann geteilter Meinung sein bezüglich der Zweiteilung, aber wir können den Level Status absolut empfehlen, super entspanntes Frühstück, alles frisch, sehr freundliches Personal und auch zwischendurch in der Lounge perfekte Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Unser Zimmer super und etwas abgelegen. Abendliche Musik kein Discogewummer und spätestens 23 Uhr ist Ruhe, wirklich Ruhe. Alles bestens, gerne wieder.
