Paradisus Gran Canaria

Fabulous hotel, infinity pool overlooking the sea. New and modern decor. Staff all friendly an helpful. Food was great quality especially the wok station but unfortunately buffet food was just warm and we like hot food! Great Italian on site though so delicious hot pizza. Nice walk along lengthy promenade with great views. San augustin nice little place

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Melia Paradisus in San Agustin. The grounds and facilities were exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the stargazing and my wife enjoyed the water colour workshop and the glass workshop. The included destination trips to the banana plantation and the rum distillery were very interesting and informative, highly recommended and the journies to them provided an opportunity to see more of the island. All the staff were friendly and quickly got to know our preferences. Big mentions to Freddie on reception and Marta who greeted us and provided a friendly welcome and guide to the hotel and its facilities. She was also a smiling presence throughout our stay. Special thanks to Lydia and Andreo in providing first-aid help – very grateful for this. Restaurant staff : Christina, Yessa,Nico and Luci catering to our every need and Mavelina in the Reserve pool area for keeping it tidy and providing us with towels, drinks and snacks. Finally, but not least thanks to Airan and Ancor in the Vibra bar for our evening drinks. Amazing memory as after the first night we did not need to ask for our coffee and brandy !! A memorable and pleasant holiday in a gorgeous hotel. Looking forward to returning soon.

Just returned from a week break in February to escape the gloom of the UK. Always enjoy Melia hotels and think this is another fabulous property. Everything was superb (albeit some of the evening entertainment could do with the odd singing lesson!!) with food, service, environment being 5 star. Loved the outdoor cinema night - a great idea. We'll be back...!

Mi estancia en Paradisus ha sido maravillosa y sobre todo por el personal. Quería dar especial gracias a toda la gente y nombrar con muchísimo cariño a: Irene Diéguez y Ana Artiles, Rita y Darío. Me dejó a muchos, pero todos han sido maravillosos.

Great all inclusive resort feature everything you could think off. Location is great, private access to the beach 🏝️. Staff is brilliant, genuinely busy to help their customers have a great experience. Much recommended place to stay. Vegetations be mindful not an awful lot options but kitchen staff was helpful enough to create something for you
