Buen complejo hotelero para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en la zona sur de Fuerteventura , dispone de muchas actividades durante el día y la noche , buen buffet ,servicios de limpieza y muy cerca de la playa

We stayed over 6 days during the last week of August. Hotel is positioned in a beautiful but rather remote area of Costa Calma - there are few hotels in the area but no convenience shops or restaurants. There is no public transport so the only way to commute is via taxi or hire car. A shuttle bus would be useful - something that various other hotel chains offer in Gran Canaries. Room itself was ok - it needs updating and refreshing. TV is lacking basic English and kids channels. Also, as we were on the 8th floor, we did not have access to the Wi-Fi which again was disappointing. Wi-fi was, however, available throughout the pool area. Pool area gets really busy so do not expect to have a space in after 12. 3 nice pools - 1 sea water and 2 fresh water based. As all inclusive customers, we did enjoy food and drink. Lunch and especially dinner service was nice. Breakfast was ok but would be nice to have wider range of cooked options. (for British folks, I would recommend bringing your own tea bags if you are a fan of a stronger tea!). Dinner service included very nice grill options, like fish and various meats. Service from the team was ok - there was an occasion where we left our room card at the dinner hall and when i came back to inquire, the guy mumbled something rudely under his nose and walked away. Kids entertainment was good. There is a kid's club during the day as well as evening Disco run by very professional team which parents can watch whilst having a drink or 2.

Hôtel très très bien situé sur la plage de Sotavento, idéal pour pratiquer les sports de glisse et pour profiter de la baignade. Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute. La restauration correcte et variée. Les chambres méritent une rénovation pour qu'elles soient plus actuelles mais je pense que cela est certainement programmé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous remercions toutes les personnes qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement. Nous recommandons vivement
