The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Management is understanding, and the reception is always helpful. Complimentary bike rentals are available, though the quality is a 7/10. The restaurant serves excellent food (10/10), but adding another option would improve variety. The Wi-Fi is reliable (8/10). The nearby Turtle Village, just 10 minutes by car, offers shops, restaurants, and conveniences. The beach is beautiful for relaxation, but the sand has glass and stones, which should be cleaned regularly. The toilet near the pool needs improvement. The spa is outstanding, with professional therapists and an exceptional Thai massage. If you don’t mind long trips to downtown, this hotel is a great choice for a peaceful retreat.
