No estuve alojada en el hotel, fui a cenar al restaurante Merkado. El restaurante queda dentro del hotel, en el interior del Parque Nacional ubicado a 20km del centro. La atención del personal fue impecable, la comida y bebida excelente calidad, obviamente es caro pero el lugar es un lujo y nos atendieron muy bien. ¡Lo super recomiendo!

Outstanding experience. The moment you enter the hotel, you are met with a eye-popping view of the falls. No matter how long you've spent looking at photos, you really aren't prepared for the beauty and power of seeing them in real life. The service itself is really the highlight. The staff are ever helpful, kind, and genuine. They do their best and succeed in making you feel welcome and at home for the entirety of your stay. I can't extend my appreciation for them enough. Selva, Agostina, and Abigail were simply outstanding and super helpful with all pur questions and sorting out our itineraries. Esteban, David, and Alberto were impeccable and attentive to a T and Patricia always remembered our breakfast preferences perfectly! All the staff we came in contact with were simply amazing. We opted for the redlevel upgrade—and we never looked back. Yes, it is a hefty additional cost, but damn is it worth it. You're here probably once, so splurge for the experience. The view from the room itself is well worth the price of the upgrade. I had to pinch myself every time I looked at the view of the falls from our room—too stunning to be real - and so close! The upgrade also got us access to an exclusive lounge. This was a great place to relax and read while munching on delicious little snacks, both savory and sweet, as well as different beverages from soda to bubbly to cocktails. We really appreciated all the assistance we got from the staff. The upgrade also benefited us with early and late checkout. We arrived very early in the morning, and they were able to get our room ready fairly quickly, allowing us to have breakfast and complete a circuit. And they accommodated us by giving us a late checkout due to our very late flight out. We also enjoyed the use of the spa and its pool, sauna and steam room, as well as a decently equipped gym. The hotel grounds are in the park, giving you easy access to the trails to the falls (the trails are open from 8-18:00). Of course, these are why you're here, and they don't disappoint. You will also see a ton of wildlife, especially the resident monkeys that are cute—but raid unsuspecting guests of their food in the morning and in the evening. I also highly suggest the boat trip to the falls—full immersion experience! You get thoroughly soaked by the falls. There is not much that I would critique. Perhaps some of the property could be refinished, the vents in the spa showers could be replaced, the minibar doesn't really need to exist in the redlevel rooms (we get the same services free in the lounge), but really none of these were actually any issue. The stay was unforgettable. The service impeccable. The view is jawdropping.
