It's a prime location for the hotel, the reception staff and hotel manager are friendly and helpful. The hotel has an amazing view of Frankfurt skyline. Unfortunately the services at the bar are beyond appalling. The Bar Manager is rude and a bully - definitely very unprofessional and has no sense of service orientation. You'll definitely pay a high price for drinks and get insulted by the bar manager for your money's worth.

Wir waren lediglich eine Nacht dort und hatten insgesamt 3 Zimmer gemietet. Die Aussicht ist genial, aus den Zimmern so wie aus der Bar in der auch Frühstück serviert wird. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Aber leider muss ich aufgrund des Frühstücks Sterne abziehen. Es war viel zu klein / die Auswahl war nicht sehr groß. Die Würstchen und das Rührei waren kalt und leider zu fettig.
