“I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but I’ve visited twice to work from the lobby and rooftop terrace, and I’ve really enjoyed both spaces. The lobby has a chic, modern aesthetic, plenty of outlets, and coffee available, making it a great spot to get some work done. The rooftop has amazing views, a good variety of menu options, and delicious food. They also serve breakfast starting at 7:30 a.m. My only wish is that the rooftop had more consistent hours—it closes in the afternoon, with evening service Wednesday through Saturday. Overall, a lovely space to work, have a coffee, or enjoy a meal with a view.”

“We stayed six nights and had a great time. The food was absolutely the best I've had at any resort (I've been to a number of all inclusive resorts) and it was definitely up there as one of the very best. Food was very much the priority. Lemon Fish was our fave, then Sante, Blue Agave for authentic Mexican food, and Sal Steak Cave (which was in our Reserve package). Sante's breakfasts were original chef's creations rather than the standard buffet. A special thanks to Ariadna there. The service was outstanding. Victor and Lorenzo at the Reserve Pool Bar mixed every Piña Colada by hand (no slushies from a machine) and crafted cocktails just for us, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail. Humberto was spot on with the Reserve pool towel service, including hors d'oeuvres he brought mid-morning out of the blue. Our Reserve concierge Eduardo was absolutely attentive to every question and every request. The Reserve upgrade was definitely worth it. The cenote visit included in our package was breathtaking; the Reserve pool and bar were ideal for unwinding. We really enjoyed the mangroves and the wildlife. The beach itself is just average, but that didn't in any way detract from a very good holiday. Will definitely be back.”

The first several days were fabulous, but the sargasm moved in later, so we were not able to utilize the beach on our last few days.☹️ Our room was very spacious and the complimentary snacks and beverages were restocked on a daily basis. We met wonderful new friends while we were there too.”
