Sol Principe

We originally planned to stay here for only four nights. We arrived in the late evening, checked in, and went straight to bed. After a lovely breakfast, we had to check out and check back in a few hours later due to changing from breakfast-only to full board after the first night. There are usually multiple receptionists available, but we opted to queue specifically in Rocio’s line, as she had treated us so kindly the night before and patiently explained everything. During that process, we also learned that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to the "Xtra Junior Suite Frontal Sea View" for our first night. The new room, by comparison, felt a bit cramped for two adults and one child, so we returned to the reception to ask if the suite was available and how much it would cost. We decided to go for it, and after changing rooms again that day, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing view. Overall, the experience was excellent. Breakfast and lunch were always fantastic, though dinner felt a bit lackluster, with a few questionable choices (deep-fried cauliflower/broccoli in batter, etc.). One issue that needs to be addressed by the hotel is the sunbed situation at the swimming pools. Every morning, people rush to "reserve" sunbeds with towels before breakfast, then go shopping or for a walk, only returning hours later to use them. From our balcony, we could see that by 9 a.m., almost every sunbed had a towel on it, but there wasn't a single person in sight. To get a sunbed ourselves, we unfortunately had to do the same thing, which is what we ended up doing later on. Sunbeds only become scarce because people reserve them just in case they decide to use them later in the day. Our short stay came to an end, and we checked out to continue our holidays elsewhere. However, that didn't go as planned, so a few days later, we checked the availability and booked the same room again for the remaining nights of our holiday. We had a minor issue with the room, which Rocio at the reception resolved in an instant, yet again. Reflecting on our stay, the overall quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff were exceptional. From the receptionists to the room cleaners and restaurant staff, everything was perfect! While we didn't catch the names of the restaurant staff, it's worth mentioning that they operate like a well-oiled machine! Even during peak hours, they were always available—used plates were cleared within seconds, and tables were quickly reset for the next guests. It was very impressive to observe. We had a wonderful time at this hotel and will definitely return! Thank you!!!

Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great atmosphere with great service. Pool areas lovely. Plenty of sun beds. No complaints at all. Beach just across the road from hotel . We went all inclusive on this occasion. Returned again for 7 days. As before lovely. Only hone half board this time but I'm sure we won't be disappointed. Return visit for 10 days everything lovely as usual. Plenty of sunbeds everything spotlessly clean.

Stayed for 9 days, absolutely great place. Hotel had arcade, live shows every night for the kids & adults, great big pools. Beach was literally 2 minutes walk.

Lovely clean hotel with very helpful staff, great for families

Byłem w tym hotelu pod koniec września. Pobyt zaplanowałem jako nocleg że śniadaniami dla 3 osób. Podczas check-in dowiedziałem się, że zostałem uznany jako "guest of the day" i w nagrodę otrzymałem świetny pokój typu Suite z widokiem na morze oraz pakiet all inclusive dla nas wszystkich!!!!! Dzięki temu mogłem skorzystać ze wszystkich atrakcji hotelu. Pokoje uważam za bardzo fajnie urządzone. Wygodne łóżka, balkon. Czysto i przestronnie. Cała obsługa hotelu bardzo miła, przyjazna i pomocna. Posiłki różnorodne i ogromny wybór. Drinki z prawdziwego alkoholu. Baseny ogromne z dużą ilością obsługi. Już wiem że następnym razem też będę w Sól Principe i zachęcam wszystkich.
