Petrovac is a small town surrounded by olive groves and pine forests in a picturesque bay only 17 km from Budva, Montenegro. It is very popular among tourists who prefer a quiet and relaxing holiday and is a city with a rich and interesting history that has become very attractive to tourists from all over the world.

Petrovac offers a great variety of activities and places to see. First of all, you must visit the town's three most important beaches. The central beach located in the town itself, is famous for its red pebbles. The Lucica beach is only 800 metres from the city centre and is well known for its sky blue water and tall pine trees which hang over raw cliffs. It is truly one of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro. From the Lucica beach there is a beautiful path to nearby Buljarice beach, one of the longest beaches on the coast, measuring 4 km in length and surrounded by wetland which is home to numerous migrant birds.

You can visit historical sites like the pier and Castello fortress, which served as a storehouse for wine and olive oil in the past and is now a historical monument with a beautiful terrace that offers great views of the sunsets. The obelisk, built in memory of those who died fighting in World War II.
