The room service was good and also liked that the staff was approachable, willing to help me at all times. I discovered the swimming pool only in the evening, ended up by liking it as well. Special thanks to Malik for the service and being very kind. Finally, there is a shuttle bus that goes from the hotel to the Mall which is very convenient. As well, as the opportunity to invite massage therapists to the hotel and provide spa services without leaving the place. However, Ira Meilinda along with Indri and her team assisted swiftly to recover the ring from the room as soon as we contacted them to inform them of the situation.
