Excellent hotel, perfect location in the old quarter. The breakfast has so many options, with unlimited drinks on offer. Early check it is hard sometimes and you can wait quite a while before a room is ready, but overall had a great second trip back to Melia in Hanoi. I'll be back.

The room was very spacious, very well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast amazing, and the staff warm and friendly.

My stay here was phenomenal. Staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating and upgraded me to a suite, which was very appreciated. Room was very comfortable and luxurious. Location is right next to the Old Quarter, roughly 10-15 minute walk to all of the main tourist sites. I preferred staying here rather than in the Old Quarter, as it is much quieter (didn't have a lot of cars and grab bikes honking like in the Old Quarter). Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food, from Vietnamese pho and Indian food to western breakfast items like omlette bar, waffles, etc. It was a great value, roughly 1,000,000 dng. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely rebook again if I return to Hanoi.

We had an incredible stay here— the hotel is as luxurious as it gets. Ngoc, the hostess at the front of the building is especially kind and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her and think she is a great asset to the Melia. The amenities in the hotel are so well thought out. The spa, the casino, the speakeasy bar, the gym- all beautiful. Thank you again!
