Rien à redire. Personnel très agréable et lieux impeccables.

Cozy and warm hotel close to the city centre. The only negative is that there is no parking, available next door for ~20-30€ day.

We stayed with my family for one night at this hotel. The room for three people was very spacious, impeccably clean, and offered great views. The location of the hotel was excellent especially considering that the Philharmonie tram and bus stations were just a short walk away. The only downside was our experience at the restaurant in the evening. Despite being hotel guests, we were not attended to or offered a menu. I got up to request the menu and order drinks but the waiter never came back to assist us. After waiting for over an hour, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere outside the hotel. Overall, everything else was great, but the lack of service at the restaurant was disappointing.

Et veldig bra hotell med fantastisk personale. Rommet hadde alt som var nødvendig. Det eneste var at det var litt kaldt. Frokosten var mettende og velsmakende. Prisen står helt i stil med kvaliteten.
