“Truly the Best Stay in Nha Trang – Unforgettable Hospitality and Perfection We arrived at around 2:00 AM on October 21st, and despite the very late hour, we were welcomed with warm and graceful check-in service. A special thanks to Hieu Rinbin, who handled our check-in and continuously took care of us throughout our entire stay, immediately resolving any inconvenience we had. The hotel opened just this month, so a few minor details in service are still falling into place, but Hieu's warmth, genuine care, and thoughtfulness made those small details completely forgettable. We also want to deeply thank Phi Khanh from Guest Services. They listened attentively to our concerns regarding the city shuttle service and sincerely did their absolute best to find the most helpful solution for us. Here are a few highlights of what made our stay so special: 1. Magnificent Ocean View & World-Class Pool The pool is easily the best in Nha Trang—spacious, with a breathtaking view, and exceptionally clean water. Being able to swim until 7:00 PM allowed us to enjoy a romantic evening swim under the stars. The pool bar at the main pool was a wonderful spot to relax with a beer. There are plenty of sunbeds, and life jackets along with attentive lifeguards are well-positioned for safety. 2. Outstanding Room Condition Needless to say, the room condition was top-notch. As a newly opened resort in October, the cleanliness and housekeeping were impeccable. The expansive ocean view from the room was more than enough to wash away all our exhaustion. 3. Pet-Friendly Atmosphere This hotel is genuinely pet-friendly. We could bring our dog to both the breakfast venue and the pool area. The room came equipped with a dog cushion and water bowls, and the staff greeted our dog warmly whenever we passed by. They even offer a dedicated menu for dogs at the restaurant! 4. Exceptional Dining & Service Recovery (MOSAICO) We dined at MOSAICO inside the resort, and the Crab Fried Rice, Gorgonzola Pizza, and Morning Glory were easily among the best we’ve had anywhere in the world. In fact, we ended up having dinner at MOSAICO every single night. When a minor issue occurred with our Gorgonzola pizza, the service manager handled it with incredible professionalism and kindness. Their service recovery went far beyond just solving a problem, leaving a deep impression on us. 5. Heartfelt Hospitality from Every Staff Member Every staff member we passed offered a warm greeting and genuinely checked if we needed anything or if everything was comfortable. They made our vacation truly feel like a relaxing retreat, and their warmth stays with us even after returning home to Korea. Having previously stayed at Gran Meliá Nha Trang, this was my second trip to Nha Trang and my sixth trip to Vietnam in total. Without a doubt, the room condition, pool, and staff hospitality made this the single best trip I’ve ever had.
