Every aspect of the experience reflected an exceptional level of care and attention, and it made our time there unforgettable. The location is fantastic and peaceful. The restaurants are great and their is plenty of choice. The staff can not do enough for you and are super nice and friendly. We felt we were amongst family it reminded me of of the words Mark Twain "Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see". Loved the stay and the people.

Llegamos el dia 1 de febrero con un poco de inquietud porque era el dia de la apertura tras la reforma que han hecho. Menos mal que no cambiamos el hotel y confiamos en que todo estuviese bien. Fuimos con 3 niños y nuestra experiencia ha sido maravillosa. La comida es espectacular, para ser un todo incluido tiene una calidad de restaurante de lujo, en todos los restaurantes, nuestro favorito el Kanna Beach (sólo comentar que las croquetas del restaurante español "Peseta" no son croquetas, son bolas de patata). El personal es excepcional, siempre intentando ayudar con una sonrisa. Mención especial a "Pequeño Saltamontes" y a los dos chicos que nos llevaron a la excursión de Ulluwatu y a los templos de Tanah lot y Taman Ayun, desgraciadamente no recuerdo sus nombres, pero nos hicieron pasar unas experiencias estupendas. The food is spectacular; for an all-inclusive resort, it's of luxury restaurant quality.
