Very good food and great staff.

We had a great stay the staff and the rooms were great. Only down side, We are so use to Bangkok nice and plenty of choices breakfast. For the price paid a bit upset with the breakfast In general. Our shower smelled a bit moldy it is an easy fix thought hopefully they fix it next time when we come back.

Overall: We had a great experience at this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future. We would recommend without hesitation any family with children to stay here. Perfect facilities for children, great service, and the perfect location in town. Breaking it down: Pros for families: the very best selection in Chiang Mai for families with toddlers and children under 8. The children's room (like a kid's club), is fantastic. Equipped with sensory toys, a ball pit, a sensory wooden "sandpit", giant Legos, stepping stones, and more, our 2 year old was happy to spend hours at a time in the play space. In the play space is also a nap room, reading area with books, a game room, and a children's bathroom. This play space definitely exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our visit.The children's pool is also fun space to get your kids' energy out, though we recommend the hotel consider adding non-slip flooring to the area as we saw every child who came through slip and fall in the area even with water shoes on. We would choose this hotel again and again solely for all-day access to its spotless play space. The breakfast buffet had a wide and healthy selection. The reception staff, and restaurant staff were also all very kind, accommodating, and excellent in their response to all of our many toddler-related requests. Cons: The room we stayed in was a bit underwhelming for a 5-star hotel. Of the 7 nights we stayed, 2/7 times the new towels given to us during room cleaning service had a terrible smell and black marks on them. The shower stall was also not spotless. For example, there were still slippery soap suds on the walls and floors of the shower, and the drains were very obviously not clean with some gunk in it from our first night there, making the water slow to drain. The room also felt a little bit cramped for a family of 3 with a toddler compared to another hotel of the same rating in which we stayed. Tips: for those allergic to down, the hotel has alternative pillow options upon request including memory foam pillows.

(2024.11월 6박 숙박) 기대한만큼 매우 만족했던 곳 더 레벨 프리미엄 룸 숙박 장점: 2022년 오픈이라 시설 깔끔. 더 레벨은 단독 빌딩 사용. 혜택 있음. 조식 식당 두 곳 이용 가능. 21층 멋진 뷰 보면서 식사 가능. 조식 맛있음. 턴다운 서비스. 외부 분수대, 플랜테리어가 아름답고 내부 디자인 멋짐. 조용함. 피트니스 센터 시설 좋고 쾌적함. (스미스 머신과 렛풀 다운 머신이 있음!) 수영장 수질 관리 잘 되어 있고 직원 항시 상주. 직원들 친절. 유니폼 예쁨. 21층 식음료 담당 ‘York’라는 직원이 갈때마다 항상 말 걸어주고 놓칠뻔한 장소를 추천해줘서 넘 좋았음. 호캉스 하기에 합리적인 가격. 다음에 남편과 재방문하고 싶은 곳~! 단점: 위치가 올드 시티 외부에 있지만 그랩 부르면 치앙마이 어디를 가든 멀지 않은 거리. 타패 게이트까지는 걸어서 20분 정도. 나이트 마켓과 접근성 좋음. 그닥 좋아하는 마켓은 아닌데 저녁 먹을 시간이 애매할 때 간단하게 먹기에 좋음. 조식당 1층은 7시였는데도 자리가 없을 정도로 사람이 너무 많았고 음식 가짓수도 생각보다 많이 없어서 하루만 이용하고 나머지는 21층 이용함.
