“Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Sol Tropikal Durrës ha sido extraordinaria. Las instalaciones, la playa, la piscina, la limpieza y la gastronomía son excelentes, pero, sin duda, lo mejor ha sido su equipo humano. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Carlota, nuestra Guest Service, por su profesionalidad, cercanía y atención constante; a Dorjana, por organizar con tanto cariño una excursión maravillosa; a Hervia y Heraldo, por su amabilidad y paciencia en recepción; a Kevin, por sus inolvidables cafés macchiato y margaritas; a Rolando, por recibirnos cada día con una sonrisa y una atención exquisita; y a David, manager de Verbena, que incluso nos ayudó para que pudiéramos ver un partido de nuestro Racing de Santander. También nos ha llamado especialmente la atención el respeto, la educación y la cercanía con los que los managers tratan a sus equipos. Es algo que se percibe como huésped y que dice mucho de la cultura del hotel. Nos marchamos con recuerdos maravillosos y con la sensación de haber sido verdaderamente cuidados. Un gran hotel puede ofrecer unas magníficas vacaciones, pero son las personas quienes consiguen convertirlas en un recuerdo inolvidable. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo.”

“Their transparency on what all inclusive actually includes could definitely do with some work. Beautiful hotel and generally very good service but I question whether it is good value for money, especially with their different tiers of all inclusive and their approach on how they deliver those packages to their customers, improvement is required.”

“We absolutely loved this hotel! ❤️ It has so much character, beautiful sea views right from your bed and very cosy rooms. The staff were always so friendly and welcoming. For me, food quality is more important than quantity, and the food here was amazing. The Gjurma restaurant was a real highlight too! The location is perfect close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. We loved the swimming pool and the rooftop terrace with delicious cocktails and good music. Every time we went somewhere in Albania, we were always happy to come back to our hotel. It really felt like home. ❤️ Unfortunately, during our stay the gym and spa were under construction. We completely understand, but we did miss having these facilities available. I know people often recommend staying in different hotels when visiting Albania but for us this one was just perfect. Albania was never on my travel list but it surprised me in the most beautiful way and this hotel made our holiday even more special. We would love to come back!”
